Peggy has thirty-seven years of experience in both the banking industry and legal profession.  Her expertise and knowledge of real estate is invaluable to our clients and real estate agents while serving as intermediary with all parties involved in a positive real estate transaction; and her thoroughness and efficiency assures that all of the documentation required in connection with the real estate transaction is processed in a complete and timely manner in order to meet the needs of both the real estate client and the lender.  

Debbie provides the essential task of conducting real estate title searches and recording real estate documents post-closing.  With thirty-three years of experience, Debbie’s role assures that the title issues involved with each real estate transaction are properly identified and dealt with on behalf of the clients of the law firm.
